Before booking any camping, rafting, tour package or adventure activity through our website, please read the complete package details carefully. Every package may have different inclusions, facilities, activity timings, location details, walking distance, meal plans and other conditions.

By making an advance payment or confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is treated as confirmed only after the required advance payment is received and confirmation is shared by our team.
The remaining amount must be paid as per the payment terms given at the time of booking.
2. Advance Payment
An advance amount may be required to reserve camps, cottages, rooms, rafting slots, transport or activities.
The exact advance amount may vary depending on the package, travel date and service provider.
3. Package Details
Guests are requested to read the selected package carefully before making payment.
Please check details such as:
Camp or hotel location
Room or tent type
Meals included
Activity inclusions
Rafting stretch
Check-in and check-out time
Parking distance
Walking or trekking distance
Extra charges, if any
Facilities may differ from one camp or package to another.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Guests must follow the check-in and check-out timings mentioned in their booking.
Late arrival or early departure will not normally result in any reduction in the package price.
5. Identification
Every guest may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in or before participating in certain activities.
Guests should carry their original or valid digital ID during the trip.
6. Adventure Activities
Rafting, bungee jumping, kayaking, ziplining, trekking and other adventure activities depend on weather, river conditions, government rules and operator availability.
Activities may be postponed, changed or cancelled if conditions are considered unsafe.
7. Rafting Rules
Guests who want to do river rafting should inform the camp or our team in advance wherever prior booking is required.
Participants must follow all instructions given by the rafting guide or activity operator.
Life jackets, helmets and other safety equipment must be used as instructed.
8. Fitness and Medical Conditions
Guests must inform the activity operator about any medical or physical condition that may affect participation.
A person may not be allowed to take part in an activity if the guide or operator believes it may be unsafe.
This may include people with certain heart conditions, serious medical problems, pregnancy, severe asthma, epilepsy or other health concerns.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in adventure activities.
9. Age and Weight Limits
Some activities have minimum or maximum age, weight or height limits.
These limits may differ between operators and activities.
Guests should confirm eligibility before booking.
10. Weather and Natural Conditions
Outdoor activities are affected by weather and natural conditions.
Rishikesh Adventure cannot guarantee that every activity will operate on every date.
Rain, high river levels, landslides, roadblocks, storms or other natural events may cause changes to the planned itinerary.
11. Cancellation Due to Weather
If an activity is cancelled due to bad weather, unsafe river conditions, government restrictions or another situation outside our control, refund or adjustment will depend on the policy of the concerned operator or service provider.
12. Camp Location and Walking Distance
Some camps may not be directly accessible by vehicle.
Guests may need to walk from the road or parking area to reach the property.
Walking distance and trail conditions differ from camp to camp, so please check the exact camp details before booking.
13. Meals
Meals are provided according to the package selected.
Guests should follow meal timings provided by the camp or hotel.
Special food requirements should be shared before booking, but availability cannot always be guaranteed.
14. Room and Tent Service
Facilities vary by property.
Some camps may not provide room service or food service inside tents or cottages.
Guests should check the facilities listed for the selected property before confirming the booking.
15. Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking may be restricted inside tents, cottages, rooms or common areas depending on property rules.
Consumption of alcohol may also be restricted at certain camps or during activities.
Guests must follow the rules of the property and activity operator.
16. Illegal Items
Carrying illegal drugs, firearms, weapons or any prohibited item is strictly not allowed.
Guests may be asked to leave the property if any illegal or dangerous item is found.
17. River Safety
Guests should not enter the River Ganga or any other water body in unsafe areas.
Swimming should only be done where permitted and with proper safety equipment.
Going near the river at night may be restricted by the camp management.
18. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including mobile phones, cameras, jewellery, cash, bags and other valuables.
Rishikesh Adventure and service providers will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage unless required by applicable law.
19. Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by them to tents, cottages, rooms, furniture, equipment or other property.
The cost of repair or replacement may be charged to the guest or group responsible for the damage.
20. Behaviour
Guests must behave respectfully towards staff, guides, other guests and local residents.
Abusive, threatening, violent or unsafe behaviour will not be accepted.
The property manager or activity operator may refuse service or ask a guest to leave if their behaviour creates a safety problem or disturbs others.
21. Group Size Changes
Package prices may be based on a specific number of guests.
If the number of travellers decreases after booking, the total package price may not automatically reduce.
Any change in price will depend on the booking terms confirmed with the guest.
22. Changes in Itinerary
The order or timing of activities may change depending on weather, traffic, local conditions, availability or operational reasons.
The team may adjust the schedule to complete the package in the safest and most practical way possible.
23. Timely Participation
Guests are expected to be ready at the given time for rafting, sightseeing, meals, transfers and other activities.
If a guest misses an activity because of late arrival or delay from their side, the activity may not be rescheduled or refunded.
24. Transport
Transport is included only when clearly mentioned in the selected package.
Any extra pickup, drop, local transfer or change in route may involve an additional charge.
Traffic jams, roadblocks and local restrictions can affect travel time.
25. Driver Stay and Meals
Unless specifically included in the booking, accommodation and meals for private drivers are not included.
Drivers may need to arrange their own stay and food.
26. Package Duration
Package duration should be understood according to the check-in and check-out timings mentioned in the booking confirmation.
For example, a 1 Night / 2 Days package does not necessarily mean two complete 24-hour days.
27. Photos on the Website
We try to display genuine and updated photographs of camps, hotels and activities.
However, the appearance of tents, rooms, landscape, river flow or outdoor areas may change with season, weather, maintenance or property updates.
28. Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.
No refund may be available for services missed because of late arrival, personal choice, failure to follow instructions or other reasons caused by the guest.
29. No-Show
If a guest does not arrive on the booked date and has not cancelled according to the agreed cancellation policy, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
No-show bookings may not be eligible for a refund.
30. Changes Requested by Guests
Changes in travel date, number of guests, property, activity or package are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply if the revised booking costs more than the original booking.
31. Third-Party Service Providers
Some services offered through Rishikesh Adventure may be provided by third-party camps, hotels, rafting operators, activity operators or transport providers.
Their individual operating rules and safety requirements may also apply to your booking.
32. Safety Instructions
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides, instructors, camp staff and activity operators.
Failure to follow safety instructions may lead to removal from an activity without refund.
33. Insurance
Travel, medical, accident or personal belongings insurance is not automatically included unless specifically mentioned in the package.
Guests may arrange suitable insurance separately if they wish.
34. Liability Waiver
Certain adventure activities may require guests to sign a declaration, consent form or liability waiver before participation.
Guests should read such forms carefully before signing.
35. Force Majeure
Rishikesh Adventure will not be responsible for delays, cancellation or changes caused by events outside reasonable control.
These may include natural disasters, floods, landslides, heavy rain, road closures, strikes, government restrictions, accidents, political disturbances or similar events.
36. Pricing
Prices may change depending on season, weekends, holidays, group size, availability and service provider rates.
The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that confirmed booking unless changes are later requested by the guest.
37. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and updated.
However, package details, rates, facilities and availability may change.
If there is any major difference affecting your booking, our team will try to inform you before the trip wherever possible.
38. Acceptance or Refusal of Booking
Rishikesh Adventure or the concerned service provider may refuse or cancel a booking where there is a genuine safety, legal, operational or availability issue.
Any refund in such cases will depend on the circumstances and applicable booking policy.
39. Terms May Be Updated
Rishikesh Adventure may update these Terms & Conditions when required.
The terms applicable to your booking will normally be the terms in effect at the time your booking is confirmed.
40. Disputes and Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to a booking, service or payment should first be raised with our team so that we can try to resolve the matter.
Any legal dispute will be handled under the applicable laws of India and the jurisdiction applicable to our business location.
