Cancellation & Refund
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your slot. 50% refund for cancellations within 24-48 hours. No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Health & Safety Requirements
Participants must be medically fit. Those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, bone/joint issues, or pregnancy are not permitted. A waiver must be signed before jumping.
Weather Policy
If activities are cancelled due to weather, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling to another date within 3 months.

Minimum age is 12 years. Weight must be between 40 kg and 110 kg. Participants with heart conditions, epilepsy, or pregnancy are not allowed.
Can I do bungee jumping in monsoon?
The facility typically operates from October to June. During monsoon season (July-September), operations may be suspended due to safety concerns.
How long does the entire experience take?
The bungee jump itself lasts about 5 seconds of free-fall. However, including registration, safety briefing, gear-up, and climb to the platform, plan for about 1-2 hours at the venue.
Is video recording included in the price?
Basic video is included with most packages. HD quality video and photos are available at an additional cost of ₹500-₹1,500 depending on the package.
What should I wear for bungee jumping?
Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes (sneakers preferred). Avoid loose items like scarves, jewellery, and keep pockets empty. Shorts are fine but avoid skirts.
